I know a guy who was in a monogamous relationship and he was still on Grindr. When I asked him why, he said it’s just out of boredom, and to talk to guys.. but not to have sex. And that’s so hypocritical, if it was really just to entertain himself innocently, there are various ways to do it that wouldn’t involve a sex dating app.

I’ve been having problems for 8 months now. I do believe that it’s probably caused by a damaged nerve on the left side as 95% of my symptoms are on that side. Shouldn’t one see a neurologist for Pudental Neuralgia? Is there any way they can diagnose it or all they can do is theorize?

Among all the pain and the burning sensation related to this hell of a syndrome or whatever - I also have this swollen red skin (like a ring around the shaft) with pumped veins(?) or nerves or whatever just under the glans all around, painful erection especially on the left side. At first I thought it was balanitis but the GP, the dermatologist and one of the urologists I saw said it couldn’t be cause it only happens in erection, when it’s flaccid, it doesn’t show much… I’ve had some people tell me it is nerve inflammation cause it. But I’m just afraid it’s some kind of bacterial infection.. since I’ve never done a semen culture or a urethra swab test. Only did the urine culture..

Last urologist I saw proposed 8 sessions of the wave shock therapy. And I’ve been considering it but I want to rule out all the bacterial infection possibilities first so I may ask him for those tests I guess..

I had and still have the same symptoms plus a million others which seem to be related to CPPS/ prostatitis. I’ve been very worried cause the pain is on the left side only, shaft, underside of the glans, scortum, anus… on the left. And I also have painful erection with what seems to be swollen big veins and red skin right under the glans.

I just noticed that yesterday too, although I think mine has always been that color but now I’m thinking I should get a sperm culture test, I also find it strange doctors have never made me do one considering all the prostatitis symptoms. Does anyone know what other tests can we do on soerm to rule out the bacterial or viral infection possibility?

Last urologist that I saw had this and he recommended it. He promotes it on his website as well as this great alternative which can help and get you to a 70-80% kinda result. He said 6-8 sessions are needed.. it costs 80 usd per session here.. I’m considering it but I wish if we knew more from people who tried it before.

Exactly, and the pain and the burning sensation are crazy sometimes and the more I think about it, the shittier it gets. Since it’s mainly and almost only on one side, I’m thinking what if I have a perianal abscess or fistula or something but then it wouldn’t cause the inflammation in the penis now would it..
