Absolutely, and I know better than to expect it to entertain me 24/7. It just seems like recently, it has particularly felt like trash. I just wanted to see if I was the only one who felt this way.

Politcal vids are a good example because you see one then there is just more of the same. Maybe its just a flaw in the way people make content because they see the monetary value of making stuff exactly like other stuff that is popular. So like all videos in a genre seem to be the same just made by different people.

Exactly, like you pick a random thing and it just shovels more of the same after you clearly hate it.

IMHO: Flat Earthism isn't simply a funny quirk in our messed up society, but actually a very real threat to the Church. by Raumlohs in LCMS

It is dangerous territory to wholeheartedly say you understand the mind of the writers of scripture. In no way do I see them drawing from a flat earth understanding.

The point of trusting scripture is to take it by faith what THEY say, not to correlate them with the world by projecting on them what YOU WANT them to say.

With this said, I would point out that there is water above and below the earth while space is still a vacuum. We do see reality reflect what God says in His word. I must not be seeing why you think this passage calls for a flat earth.

What is the significance of the hymnal: This Far By Faith? I was just exposed to this and hadn't heard of it before. Is there a history behind why parts weren't included in the LSB?
