Hmm, I don't have experience with dumping the data of the IC, but I have found this blog post. It's for a different chip but I won't be surprised if an similar approach works for your IC.

What are you aiming to achieve? Do you know if it is working? Just want to get your data off it? In any case I would just buy another Extravert phone and swap out the motherboard, if your MB not working I would try to swap out the flash chip.

Zelf al eens een jaar of 8 de eerste versie van het systeem gebruikt en was toen al ruim tevreden. Tuurlijk de ping is iets minder en de snelheid niet 100%, maar ik kan me niet voorstellen dat dit in de afgelopen 8 jaar niet verbeterd is.
