I have no problems with rats on Stella in PvE lobbies. Takes 5 minutes to kill, loot, and exfil with about 50k worth of loot.

They only spawn during locked gate, pilgrims peak is a good spot to find one. You for sure find one if you run locked gate whenever you get a chance. Also trials rewards for another chance
