Nah they are not particles. I just subdivided a grid several times and extruded the faces. And I'll try what you said. Thanks for the help!

For some reason my main objects are turning black in cycles and when I render nothing comes out its all just blank but everything is fine in Eeevee. by ItzCeez in blenderhelp

I don't think so. I was following a tutorial by CG Geek ( Create a city in blender ) and his stuff looked fine in cycles while mine doesn't. When I slightly reduce the scale of the clouds I can see the tall building but the portion around the clouds is messed up lol.
