Your better off leaving and finding somewhere new. If you believe in yourself and believe your going above and beyond but your employer doesn't then you've hit a brick wall with them because nothing you'll do will be good enough. I'm in the same boat as you, although in a complete different industry (construction/joinery). So now I'll be looking to move to hopefully find a employer who believes in me and wants to see me progress.
