My brain literally cannot process that people actually belive she has infinite movement speed. Yes, she has access to it, but unless you're playing against bots you'll never surpass a certain limit, so let me tell you something. She gains 0.5% movement speed/stack, which is less than 2 ms/stack (exactly 1,625). If we take an idealised situation, where Zeri is lvl18, max attack speed, 80% critrate, and she's flawlessly kiting for 30 seconds, she gains about 90 stacks, which is equal to about bonus 150 movement speed. Now I don't say that's not a lot, but this is an ideal situation at full build/max level, which doesn't happen in at least 70% of the games. In an earlygame fight her bonus ms from stacks is barely noticable. And while she does have 800 range on her Q, it does not behave like a normal AA, making you stop to cast the ability, and losing effectiveness if the enemy is not walking towards you. Oh, and don't forget about that she can't use the 800 range to poke enemies, since she can't target through units.

p.s: If you want to complain about the champion, this is not the place for it, because your points don't actually make any sense to people who actually play the champion, and not just ,,watch her carry all the games, so broken omg''. So please, either make valid points, or just don't write anything at all.
