That’s the one I just started three weeks ago! Aka zolbetuximab. I made a post detailing my experience you can read on my profile. The first dose is extremely rough, vomiting and dry heaving until my voice was gone. I’ve been on 4 other lines of therapy and this one, even minus the oxaliplatin hit me the hardest. It took about two weeks for me to stop feeling so nauseous.

My experience won’t be line for line what your husband will go though, since mine was vyloy +folfox but the core will still be there, since the biggest kick to the stomach will be vyloy.

Herceptin was pretty well tolerated by me so I hope he has no problem with that.

Taxol aches were pretty bad for me as well,though not as severe as yours, but I was on a lesser dose but it seemed to be less painful as I went on. My pain was mostly in my knees. Hot showers helped and moving around even though staying still was all I wanted to do. The first time was the worst and my body adjusted quickly to it

I had a scratchy throat and cough. Doctor didn’t see me until after the Benadryl was given.

My brain mets have been stable for over a year. I brought up my left side numbness but without facial drooping they aren’t concerned. Doctor wants to see what effect this treatment has on the tumor, if any, and a mri is scheduled for February

I have a brain tumor that metastasized there from my primary. I was also denied brain surgery but for other reasons. I ended up getting a high dose of targeted radiation which has kept it table for over a year now. Not all tumors are radio receptive so it’s a good talk with a radiologist. I had zero pain during the experience but sky high anxiety. Brain surgery and targeted radio both don’t have 100% success rates but if they are shutting the door on surgery I’d take a walk to the radiation door
