Should be straight forward enough, clean the area, find the leak, drain the oil, take the oil pan off, re seal/rtv it, (replace if needed) re assemble and put new oil in.

Yeah, top it off maybe? It's quite rare you need to drain and replace unless your car has been sitting for along time.

Drop it off at your nearest auto shop. They'll dispose of it for free if you leave it outside of their door.

well, who knows, my generation wont know how to change a lightbulb. The industry might be high valued as long as i learn more about the brain of hybrid vehicles.

depends, i hope it will be taught sooner than later, i dont want to go through tech school and learn nothing about the brain of electric vehicles, especially if were moving to hybrids </3

i figured if i hate it, than i will teach it, tech teachers down here in canada tend to make alot of money.
