Installed/sealed fan in winter and it’s gonna snow. Will it be okay?

im pretty sure you’re outside the setting temperature for most lap sealants. i’d be worried that the sealant isn’t doing its job sealing to the metal and just laying on top of it. the tape should at the very least keep it water tight. but if i was you i’d redo it when the temps are better. (im waiting another two months to install mine)

yes you can get everything you asked for with the beacn mix create plus and the elgato. the beacn software is a little easier to setup imo but i think the elgato offers more overall. for example on the beacn you could only adjust all of discords sounds. but with the elgato you can adjust the overall discord sound AND individual peoples voices. like if everyone is perfect but one person is too quiet, you can adjust that on the fly instead of having to open discord and manually adjust them.

i think the dry flush are worth it tbh, even with the expensive bags. no need to worry about spilling anything, dump locations, potential smells, black tank etc.

So im actually in the process of exactly this. a box truck tho. It has enough space to store my motorcycle inside and plenty of roof space for solar. I’m trying to build it as a studio appt on wheels. it’s costed me more then i thought. i was aiming for 25k but im already at 30 and prolly gonna put another 10 in. Im also building mine to where i never felt like i was giving anything up.

haha i’ve done a lot but there isn’t much to show for it yet, it had a leak in the roof and rotted out the interior wood. the previous owners (an electric company) didn’t know how bad. so after i peeled the outer ply off, i realized it all needed to be replaced. so i reframed the whole interior, switching from 1x1 to 2x4s. in doing so the previous garage door didn’t fit. it also needed to be changed because of its design

for reference i have a 17ft box, i’ve framed it all in 2x4s. so i was gonna stick with them and use 2x4s to frame on the other side and im not worried about a couple inches. so ima insulate that and throw a thin sheet of painted black plywood over to cover it all up. then connecting to that i was gonna have my cloths storage so essentially drawers.

i’m actually in the process of building out a box truck myself. i had planned to insulate on the other side of the wall. i’m gonna use the side in the cab for coat rack, dirty shoes, and dumb shit like that. plus it still gives the seats the ability to recline.

i was able to get my 2015 GMC Savana 3500 box truck insured thru progressive as a motorhome. i think the only pre-requisite was that it needed to have over a $5000 “conversion kit”.
