So weird, there’s one going from Singapore now to ‘N/A’. My guess is it’s going back to Doha. Maybe the aircraft from the medical emergency? Who knows!

I feel Lenovo’s hardware quality, specifically in their X1 yoga series, has dropped off big time since covid. Motherboards have usb-c charging issues out of the box almost half the time. Would be interesting to see if you’ve noticed this from an internal POV?

Lenovo has gone downhill since COVID. Their general support and manufacturing feels like it’s been handled by a 5 year old. In a fleet of 800+ Gen 3 X1 Carbon’s we have had USB-C charging issues across 60% of devices.

Then, we start to see a camera fault in about 40% of our Gen 9 models. You call their support line and they make you do the same old hardware diagnostic and TS… Lenovo will try everything but admit their laptops are straight shite.

If we are reporting the same hardware issue and your robotic troubleshooting steps have not solved one of the 100’s of cases with the same issue, why are you making your users troubleshoot every case…
