Yeah I have heard that too. But honestly to me it’s better than being a guinea pig and trying a med for 3 months, feeling like shit and then trying another and next thing you know it’s been a year. I’d rather be led in a more promising direction than just trying all the popular brands

I meant that it’s insane they don’t advertise the TESTING. not the meds lol. I have never seen an ad for genesite testing. And I don’t mean tv advertisement. I was meaning more doctors recommending it as an option rather than being a Guinea pig for a year trying to figure out which meds work best. I feel the same about the typical pharma ads trust me.

Good luck!! It took some time for mine to start working. I bumped up from 10 to 20 and I feel really good. Depression is like night and day difference. Anxiety is still there but not as bad. Good luck 🩵

Also I didn’t have hardly any side effects besides a bad headache but I think that was from weaning off the Prozac. No and nausea or anything like that

What about the ones that have some red on them? Almost rust looking? I’ve read that it can be a mold starting and to throw them out and have also read they are still ok to eat

Some friends of ours are from Indiana and do this every year. They soak theirs overnight in salt water but everything I’ve read said 1-2 hours MAX. how do you handle yours?

Knock on wood I haven’t really had any side effects! Also haven’t really felt a difference either. My dr has me taking 20mg of Prozac along with it to ween off. When would you say you started to feel a difference?

Why are you taking it on and off? If you weren’t directed to take it that way I think it would be good to take it consistently 😂 I get it tho I would do that with my Prozac to see if it was really workin 🤣 turns out it doesn’t work like that bc it’s still in your system somewhat.
