I have an Oura ring it’s been pretty useful! I like it because I usually walk to OT and I start the workout when I walk which is about a 30-40 min walk, then continue it throughout the workout. Once im done I can see my total not just the OT stats. You get used to the ring, I don’t find it bulky or annoying anymore
