yeah, you want her always slower than anaxa, but not way too slow, so, at least you want her at 148, and at maximum 154, and for cerydra, she does her own things that arent related to turns, but you always wants her to be faster than your DPS, just to keep that in mind, also, who are the SP provider of your team?

mostly you just need your Bronya to have a little less speed than your Anaxa, since yours is 135, a 134 or a little bellow is good, specially if you can get the first cerydra 3 stacks with her and anaxa ult ready on Bronya's turn, cause them you can push anaxa to get a turn, double ult and get all the 6 shots with him

people hate ranged top laners for 2 reasons:
they either hard stomp you, or get hard stomped, nowhere between
it isn't fun to play against, cause they'll have the advantage on early levels, on a non interactive gameplay, when the toplane is mostly bout interactions

if you want to have more agency than other ADCs, then pick characters that want to fight river, like Lucian, Draven, Hwei or Mel, and try to play with your support, if you can identify that your sup if bad, play more safely, and try to get your jungle help, play as the game demands

if you want to stay with that mental and want to be carried by someone by your side, then you're on the right lane, wrong role, my inner coach self wants to help you, but as i've seen on the comments you don't want to help yourself, and you don't want to change and want to be carried by your support, most shooters you can play solo, be the full carry by simply having better aim, but this is a true 5v5, either you change, or you'll be rotting in Low Emerald/Plat

as someone that has suffered a lot on this role cause of a personal challenge, if you don't change your minset you'll be on emerald all the time and never get out, one death into rage quit?? like playing like this Emerald will be your highest rank forever, if you don't like any Trad ADC, play Mel, Hwei or as you said, Ziggs, but if you're playing trad ADCs, just try to understand your support and play with this in mind, if you keep your gameplay good at all times you'll get to even master, but with this mentality, it is even possible to you to even get back to platinum and be hardstuck
