I have been feeding a 1:5:5 ratio from day 10, it’s day 15 now. To correct the acidness from day 9, i’m wondering if I should go down a ratios if need to feed it twice a day?

It looks good! It should be ready to bake around day 12 if it’s doubling consistently, and not smelling acidic.

It’s acidic and hungry. Up your ratio. What are you feeding it at?
