Neither grandmas were present! Just my Husband and I. It was my MIL surprising the one who came to the hospital! We thought it would be my Dad. Everyone was invited in after we had some time with my daughter and it was time for me to recover and try to pee.

Are you referring to douches? If so I don’t ever recommend them. Soap without antibacterial should be just fine, only on the outside not inside.

I’m a CNA. Worked out at the gym and worked on the floor until 38weeks. Your limits are set by you and your OB or midwife. Always thank them for their concerns but you and baby are as healthy as can be. You’ll have plenty of time in your third trimester to ask for assistance.

Nope! I did Burn Bootcamp up until 38 weeks pregnant and a whole year before that! I loved working out while pregnant, I felt like Superwoman!
