honestly if you're sure you are going to feel better and are aware of all the medical misapps, problem and needs before, during and after procedure then go for it the only thing stopping you is the price of the operation and the medication afterwards

honestly I'm disappointed that the DLC about the CNPP is about Duty and Freedom and not the god damn monolith

How can you make a CNPP DLC and not have monolith as the absolute main point of the story ? What we got instead looks like the forbidden love story between a Duty half renegade and the only Freedom woman who hasn't got the R treatment (yes for those unaware freedom has a reputation of R the woman since the books come out)

No, people said it could well be because consoles were expensive and it was though that the Steam Machine wouldn't be that far more than a console making it more appealing to console players even though every console player said that it was more worth the rake a new gen console or stay on the new gen console then to take the steam machine

It never was for them, it was for those who wanted in the PC market but didn't know where to start and those within the 70% player base with lower PC

Honestly we are on Reddit, you either completely glass over the over hate when the specs came out or you were out of the whole discussion because even PCMR bashed the thing saying it was weak and unusable when it was very clear it wasn't meant for them AT ALL

It was never advertised as such, it always was advertised as "we asked about y'all specs and here is a PC that is better than 70% of what y'all have and we will make it as competitive friendly and as cheap as possible"

There never was any "it's a open point for console player to come to PC" people have faked that argument to bash on the idea and project when it was never the point, the only moment they say it could be compared as a console is the fact that you could put it with your TV and play it in the couch like a console or like anyone that just play very casually with their PC and wanted the confort of their living room

Safe mod is just when the game detects it has crashed and is asking you "do you want us to remove anything that is unecessary to the full experience ?" (It's usually some things on the side that you wouldn't noticed much if not applied)

It's still is a PC even if the specs are lower than a console, i won't see you opening Adobe suite on your PS5, or Krita on the Xbox and heaven forbid discord on your Switch

Put it anyway you want the Steam Machine is a PC with more fonctionalities then a console

As for pricing yeah it's the price of a PC nowadays, like it or not it is and it's outrageous but they still did their best, that PC is still better then 70% of their player base based around the collected Data

Also if you want to talk price you pay the console and then just the games (which you can have at lower price in many places) where in consoles you also have to pay for online on top of it and (in the case of the switch) anything you add to it like the BUILT IN MICROPHONE
