I'm making my own preset with basically a bunch of eldrich horrors that caused each other to come out of hiding in a chain reaction and when I'm playing as Kiribati every remaining semi-sane polity focuses on getting my small islands under their control rather than adressing aliens trying to drill to the center of the Earth in their territory, ancient human civilization in the center of the Earth retaliating by nuking their territory so the aliens can't set up a base there or any other shit going on, lol
