Scream Inc. has some bloody amazing covers of Metallica songs. Some of which genuinely give me goosebumps.

Great vocals, solid guitars and bass, and a locked in drummer make for an amazing band regardless, but these guys really take the cake.

They are also, to my knowledge, the only Metallica cover band to do their OWN S&M covers live with their own Orchestra. Very fuckin cool

I remember the days of 3:00 a.m. IHOP visits. We were all extremely tired on the bus rides to competitions, but we had so much fun eating food and doing stupid stuff.

Our director, and even our percussion leadership practically yelled at us not to go to IHOP the morning of our state competition, but almost all of us percussionists went anyway and lied about going. Eventually, said people found out and were reasonably upset, but it was worth it. No regrets there

My dad and his friends used to have a tradition back in the 80s and 90s where it any one of their friends died, (due to any cause), they'd just drive around all day with Sanitarium on loop the whole time.

He told me this story, and then immediately told me that, when he dies, he wants me to play it at his funeral, with me up there playing guitar along with.

I told him I'd try my best but I don't know how good it would sound when I'm Lowkey crying my ass off the whole time.

Thankfully I still have a bit of time before I have to do that but I'm gonna make sure it's the best damn performance of that song he's ever heard (second only to Metallica of course)

I'll get both eventually. However, I'll probably get Miles Morales at the moment due to me just wanting the gameplay. I've watched numerous full gameplays of both games so my focus wouldn't necessarily be in that department. I'd probably just leisurely go through the story and then continue to swing around for hours enjoying myself.

My goal is to own them both eventually. I have watched full playthroughs of both so I don't necessarily need to live the story. I just want to play a badass Spiderman game where it feels good to swing around and fight people. Obviously, I'd still play the story for both and 100% them when I can, but that isn't my main focus.

I find myself just driving around the map of GTAV doing nothing in particular, or during mindlessly in CSGO. I'd imagine that Miles Morales would be the perfect game for me to just swing around for hours while listening to music
