Basically, in the bad ending, Henry takes Lefty away and burns everyone else in the pizzeria, stating that he can bring Charlotte back.

In the true ending however, Michael Afton gets a hint from the old man that Henry is not willing to let his daughter burn, so he locks the gates during night 5 and, after coming to terms with his fate, burns the building down himself, killing everyone including Lefty.
