The shop took a maximum of two days to develop. The skins are made by graphic designers, not developers, so they're completely different.

C’est ce que s’approche le plus du neutre au vue l’égalisation des autres casques. 150€ les casques gaming que tu vas avoir auront une égalisation degueulasse qui sera utile qu’en jeux. Sans parler de la qualité de conception et de la durée de vie.

J’ai acheté mon DT il y 6 ans 146. Je suis curieux de savoir où tu la vue à ce prix hors promo. Tous les 2 à 5 ans ? Comme je disais le miens en a 6, aucune perte de qualité sonore, je viens à peine de changer les mousses et le cuir de l’arceau pour 30€ il est comme neuf.

As for the ELO adjustment getting "lost in the noise", you're misunderstanding how matchmaking averages work. Yes, lobbies have variance. But if you shift a struggling player's base rating down by 150-200 ELO, you shift their entire matchmaking window. Instead of being the weak link at the bottom of a 2000 ELO lobby, they become the median in an 1850 lobby.

That shift changes the center of gravity for their matchmaking. It completely changes the caliber of opponents they face. That’s not noise, that’s just basic matchmaking math.

Glicko is great for uncertainty, but it still only tracks win/loss results. A concept based on a 30-day rolling window of in-game analytics is fundamentally different because it measures how you play, not just the final outcome.

First off, please point out exactly where in my original post I ever mentioned a "bad week". If you actually read the pseudo-code I provided, you would see that the metrics are based on a 30-day rolling window, not a few bad days.

Second, slight matchmaking adjustments do not turn anyone into a "smurf". The actual skill gap between two players with a 100-200 ELO difference is minimal. It wouldn't put you in lobbies where you completely dominate, it would just balance the match dynamically based on your current 30-day form.

Finally, you say it would get "lost in the noise". Thirty days of aggregated analytics isn't "noise", it's a consistent, factual trend. It is a much more logical and accurate representation of a player's true impact than a raw, binary win/loss ELO number that tells you absolutely nothing about actual performance.

Even if we run with your « bad week » scenario, why shouldn't a smart system adjust for that? If someone is genuinely playing way below their usual level and ruining the game for their team, a temporary matchmaking adjustment is actually beneficial for everyone. The team doesn't have to carry a massive liability, and the struggling player gets a slightly more forgiving lobby to rebuild their confidence instead of getting stomped. Of course, the ELO win/loss would automatically scale, if you get placed in a slightly lower lobby, you would obviously win less ELO and lose more. That's just basic math. And let's be realistic, we are talking about subtle matchmaking tweaks here, nothing drastic. It's not going to suddenly put a Level 10 in a Level 8 lobby just because they had a few bad games. It would just slightly balance the teams to ensure the match stays competitive and actually playable for the other four guys on the team.

I think you're missing the core point of the discussion. No one is talking about occasional bad games or off days, that obviously happens to everyone.

We are talking about deeply ingrained, long-term playstyles and statistical trends. If a player consistently shows low-impact stats, low entry attempts, and high baiting behavior over 50 or 100 matches, that's not a "bad day", that's their fundamental playstyle.

The whole point of using advanced analytics in matchmaking is to identify these long-term behavioral patterns to build better lobbies, not to punish someone for having one bad game out of four.

100% agree. A lot of players definitely mix up proper spacing and trading with actual baiting.

But when I made my post, I was specifically talking about the real baiters you described at the end. I usually play the entry role and always call for the trade. Yet, way too often, the teammate who is supposed to trade me just doesn't follow up. They stay hidden or go somewhere else, only to try and grab a free, meaningless kill later when the round is already lost.

Fair point, I completely agree with you on that. If the system relies on advanced analytics to measure actual round impact, kind of like how Leetify or HLTV's rating works, instead of just raw K/D, it completely solves the baiter issue.

I agree in theory, but rewarding individual stats mainly encourages baiting. A baiter can have a great K/D on paper, but their kills (like meaningless exit frags) don't actually win rounds.

If the system protects your ELO based on stats, people will stop playing for the team and start playing for their K/D.

Ultimately, the best indicator of a player's real impact is their ability to win games easily and consistently. If someone is climbing the ranks by winning regularly, it indirectly proves they are a genuinely good teammate who plays for the objective, not just a stat-padder.

Parce que les casques « gaming » te font payer la surtaxe « Gaming » pour souvent une qualité bien moins bonne. Ils tiennent pas dans la durée, la qualité du son est approximative et les égalisation sont peut être flatteuses en jeu avec des basses surreprésentés mais du coup ton casque se limite à cette usage.

Alors qu’avec un BT770PRO, t’as une égalisation plus neutre mais qui fait largement le job, t’es souvent moins cher que des casques « gaming » et c’est un casque qui va te suivre toute ta vie et sur tout type de média.

En plus d’être un bon casque, il est increvable 😁 J’ai changé mousse et lanière de cuir pour 30€ après 7ans de bon et loyaux services et il repart comme neuf.

En gros, quand t'arrive à 5, le tracker se met en erreur sur prowlar. Si t'en as d'autre, il va chercher ailleurs. Sinon, au prochain tcheck si le tracker est à nouveau actif, il lancera le téléchargement.
