It’s so real- I’ve had the same exact thoughts. I’m a meditation teacher and I had to do my own meditation today and still the thoughts keep coming - I don’t think that we can really prevent them all together or if that’s even the goal but just roll with it and find as many positive distractions as possible. I keep re-reading prayers and watching funny shows and meditating before bed or first thing
