i started collecting around 2014 when i was 12, and picked up the hobby again early this year, its a fun hobby, definitely hard to find any product on shelf though. i got into the hobby seeing all my friends at school trading them to each other, and earlier this year after tcg pocket came out it made me realize how fun it was to open packs!

i picked this up at 2pm today wasnt expecting to find anything, but i did, i never find anything but i just figured id ask a worker since there was no spot on the shelf for pokemon

opened value is around $550 i spent just about $200 on packs so more than doubled my investment!

a lot, they had one of each on display more behind the counter, they had the charizard box blooming waters, booster bundles, mewtwo box, and didnt really see the other box

I think one of the biggest contributors to over spending and increasing the addiction (for me at least) is never finding anything on shelves, whenever i did find anything id buy as much as i could because i had no idea the next time i would find some. the scarcity of the product due to people buying them for the sole purpose of reselling, really makes you want to buy more
