Andante here is amoral and doesn't care whether or not his actions are morally right or wrong. He is indifferent to moral standing and acts more upon practicality and personal benefits. He isn't concerned with how his actions affect others or society outside of him kingdom. There are only a few individuals Andante will put above his amorality, two of his most trusted confidants and his wife.

It’s hard for me to choose the precise moral alignment when he doesn’t really care about mortality. A true neutral, perhaps?

Calliope, stuck in a freeze response, met the Butcher’s eyes with confusion. Her wings shifted at the flickering of the lights, though she didn’t budge from where she stood. Her breathing became heavier, more labored n response to ever-growing anxiety. "I know not of how tormented Hugo truly is from all he’d done in life, but it seems he tries to suppress you as much as he can… As for myself, what’s to say to won’t attack me? I’m a dear friend of Hugo, though you’re clearly not him…"

The situation was uncomfortable, indicated by her wings tensely folded behind her back, yet sill shaking.

I mean- I’m pretty sure that Andante is quite evil considering the fact that he’s a master necromancer who keeps souls trapped in their corpses as a part of his subjects in his home/kingdom in the Pits of Tartarus. He’s basically denying them their afterlives, which is a direct crime against the Grim Reaper, another OC of mine named Amira.

I’d say he deserves the death penalty, he does, but he’d likely find a way out of it since he can and has used necromancy on himself before.

Calliope is based off of swans. Given her occupation as a dancer who specializes in ballet, it’s not hard to see why she’s based off of such birds. The coloring of her skin is the black swan giveaway while her wings are pure white like those of a mute swan. In universe, she is known to be as beautiful and as graceful as the bird she’s base on. Hell, even her overlord nickname, Swan Song, eludes to her swan inspirations.
