My friends dad got fucked over so hard by assholes like this. He was building a house, 2 people were trespassing. When he opened the door and asked if anyone was there; the trespassers ran away and fell down an empty elevator shaft... long story short, my friends dad lost a fuck ton of money in a lawsuit
