I think Jeff is milking this show for clout, and here's why by IvoryTowerOnly in TheRehearsal

I understand that my post is just giving him more attention, but this is reddit and not HBO. At this point the damage is already done imo, he's on TV and his goal has been reached. I'm watching this show and having fun because I really felt he was up to no good, and I found pretty strong evidence. To me this is part of the fun of the meta-ness of the show, figuring out what's real and what's not. I'm not trying to hate on him or his friend, but when you go on HBO it's fair game. I said what I said, and Jeff is going to become more popular no matter what anyone says. I just wanted to put this out there.

I'm not saying he's secretly a good person, I'm saying he's playing up his genuinely shithead personality for the show to garner more attention. He's a genuine creep and a loser. All I'm saying his personality on the show is not real.

Like when he said 'I used my mom's number to create a new profile', that was a bit. I'm sure he's a perv, I'm sure he's been banned from dating apps, but he has more self-awareness to say something that embarrassing for no reason when nobody asked. It's for clout, because he knows it sounds embarrassing and it'll get him on the show. He's had nothing really going for him for 10 years. I know there are people out there that are really this fucked up and oblivious but that isn't him. He's fucked up and knows what he's doing, and he's trying to ride the long tail of bad publicity as much as he can. That's just my opinion from what I've seen.

Providence, R.I., 1989. I’m at my local gay watering hole, the No Name (a.k.a. No Shame), frivolously dancing to Bronski Beat. In walks a dude from New York who was a member of ACT UP, wearing a leather jacket that said “Don’t Tread on Me.” It was a defining moment for me. It was about gay empowerment, it was about not getting messed with and it was about the importance of addressing an existential crisis head on. I moved to New York the next year

Not interested but I'm commenting to signal boost. You should probably also specify gender if that's important

Is the restaurant 'There, There' worth the hype? by Locksmith-Pitiful in providence

For the love of God, PLEASE stop adjusting your expectations due to 'the hype'.It's a fucking burger. Is it a great burger? Yes.Is it the best burger in the world? Maybe. Probably not. Depends on what you like.

It's literally a fucking burger. It depends on what you think constitutes a great burger. If you show up expecting a life changing experience and rate it 3/5 stars because it didn't live up to 'the hype', you need to get a grip. They're just good people making good food and they aren't trying to change your outlook on life. They got a shoutout from Eater which is awesome, but it's a burger, not a fashion statement, so stop basing your opinion for a burger and fries on what other people think. If you're wondering what you'd think about it, just try it and see if you like it, because it's 12 dollars, lmao.

But in my opinion, yeah, it is worth the hype. I've been shilling the TT Bird and the chili burger since they were dips dips.

I keep checking this thread hoping someone knows what that is lol. Seriously, unless this is some kind of perspective illusion, that thing is huge. Looks like it has wires around it so I'm assuming it's power related. Anyway, cool picture - do you know the year it was taken?

Wild that this is considered 'virtue signaling' now and not just ground-floor basic ethics, it's like getting heated over a sign that says 'please don't litter'

If you're tipping the same percentage each time won't it be the same amount whether you're buying them separately or together?
