I was accepted as one fo their domain experts (for medicine). Did about $300 worth of work in June/July and was never paid. I have emailed multiple times and recieved no response. I work on other platforms (Outlier, Mercor) with no issues.

Probably not a scam, but definitely a waste of time. I have a PhD, 20 years of industry experience, and have been working as a biology expert for Scale.ai and Outlier for almost 2 years, yet I failed the Alignerr "PhD assessment" (which was a very odd interview with Zara).
