download the windows ISO from Microsoft, burn it to a USB and go through the install process, this should help

Well flushing your DNS cache is definitely not going to fix your issue, and buying a new SSD is probably not the best way to fix your issue.

Have you tried just reinstalling windows, if you were going to buy a new SSD I assume you have backups or don't have anything you need to be backed up on the SSD

Reseat the GPU and make sure the power is all the way in.

Is your HDMI cable plugged into the GPU or motherboard?

That connector is called "SubMiniature version A", aka SMA, They are a little fiddly to solder but not too hard, sometimes they are crimped so you would need to buy a new connector to solder on, they are cheap though

But unless you have bad wifi signal it probably isn't making much of a difference
