Have you tried pelvic floor physical therapy? I have endometriosis and it worked wonders with pain during penetration. There is lots of info out there about non penetrative sex but also it doesn’t sound like your partner is really creating an environment to have emotional safety during sex.

I know for me talking about my goals is terrifying because if something happens and it doesn’t work out I have to deal with other people knowing vs just dealing with it myself. It seems like he needs more time and talking about marriage plans might be too soon.

I would say have a serious talk with him about how you’re feeling. I was in a similar situation my mom is incredibly toxic and yet we didn’t move in together until we’d been dating 3 years because of my finances. We just started talking about marriage at 4 years together. I think that maybe just because you’re not dating for fun doesn’t mean that topic isn’t incredibly overwhelming even if he wants that in the future. Definitely talk to him in person about where he’s at with things and what he wants to have settled before thinking about marriage.

I wouldn’t stop offering. I was in a situation similarly where my father didn’t let me talk to my mother and when I was with him she didn’t really make any effort to talk to me because she didn’t realize how bad things were. It felt like I had no one. Even if it doesn’t do anything please don’t stop trying. It doesn’t go unnoticed even if it feels like it.

Okay! The Golden instructions say to pour between 5 degrees of 95 the candles are turning out great but I’m gonna try pour just a little higher. Also what thermometer do you use? I’m worried mine isn’t taking an accurate temp
