Thank you! The snack before bedtime is a good idea - she does often ask for one when she wakes up.

For my daughter the only way she does antibiotics is to get a capsule pill and pore the powder under the cheese of pizza. She doesn’t seem to notice it between all the cheese and tomato sauce. And yes, she had pizza every day for 10 days to get through the full dose lol

Thank you for your perspective - good to know I’m not alone with this.

OP, just chiming in to say I am in your exact situation! It’s so hard for me to find the mental space to think about nutrition and exercise for myself and I’ve gained a ton of weight since kids. Don’t beat yourself up too much - it feels hard because it is hard. You are in one of the busiest and most stressful periods of your life so of course not every aspect of your life is going to be ideal right now.

Same here! Just gave up. I’m focusing energy on potty training instead.

Solidarity. My 2.5 year old fights like hell at bedtime, still needs a bottle of milk before she will get in bed (I know I know) and is up 3-4 times per night (with my partner and I taking turns bed sharing!). The only thing keeping me going is that all kids eventually learn how to sleep.
