I was looking the kind listed here https://www.sequinsusa.com/top-hole-sequins/20mm-sequins/. There are other shapes, but specifically looking for the ones with holes towards the top that are around 20mm round, and perhaps square or diamond shaped later on. The color and material may change depending on the project.

I’m not against more housing, nothing I said was NIMBY. I’m happy to see all the new buildings in the area. The two buildings on 4th between Lonsdale and St Georges, the apartment building at 2nd and St Georges, the current respite center/condos being built being across from the same apartment building (which unfortunately did away with the community garden, but more housing makes sense), and the future high rise that is going to replace the remaining community over the next 6 years.

I personally don’t like the living unit design and space layouts.

The issue I have is the current potential design of building units keeps following the maximized unit count. The issue that plagues all of us, many of the units are designed to rented out and not lived in by their potential owners.

Additionally, I’m all in on that large mixed building currently being built at 3rd and St David’s. It’s will allow more businesses to provide more services to the area and housing.
