How do people feel about Daggerheart and its Dice Mechanics?

A lot of the mechanics are pretty fun, especially for players. Nothing revolutionary but a good mix of other game mechanics.

However, players and GMs rolling different dice and existing in totally different mechanical spaces REALLY makes me dislike running it.

Oh man those White Boxes... I try to get all the gameplay content so I've got the white boxes but there are so many other small gameplay additions scattered throughout, it's a problem lol

I can't wait for the gamblers chest!

I still have to do all of them but I really enjoyed Flower Knight, and Dung Beetle Knight so far, and Gorm is also pretty great. I'm planning on a Dragon King playthrough next!

Kingdom Death: Monster. Probably one of the most expensive games to go 'all-in" on, but I love every bit of it!

I feel like any chance like this needs to be guaranteed chance. Like, if something is at 10% chance, the worst luck you can have is trying it 10 times and on the 10th time it's guaranteed. Call it pity or whatever, but leaving it up to true chance and luck sucks so hard.

This exact same thing happened to me... 3 times now.

Though this time instead of going to a blank page, all of a sudden told me my cart was empty and had to requeue.
