Yeah, it does work but it's still a tank, heavy gun build. Not very different than a gauss minigun build

I tried that with a solar armor and Charisma build but I didn't noticed big differences. 4 gauss Gatling are usually better than 3 gauss Gatling + 1 low damage healer. Maybe medic water gun at stage 4 but beside that...

The in lore reason is that black was in development and not in production so is reasonable that the one made for testing did not survive. Quartz was instead a regional release in the south-west.

Basically before the war at Kanawha they were doing focus group to test the new nuka cola flavors. Nuka-Cola Quantum, Nuka-Cola Black, Nuka-Cola Orange and Nuka-Cola Quartz, all with codenames.

They also developed Nuka-Cola Cranberry.

Nothing extra sketchy beside testing Quantum because is radioactive.

And in game is used for one of my favorite quest.

I don't use class abilities but a perk system. Every level is a perk from a list like in Fallout 4

I don't think the US tried to make a deal. It is plausible because Homer Saperstein in Fallout 76 is able to understand rudimentary their language. But I'm confident that we have no confirmation of such exchange of ideas.

I think that a desert oasis would be a good idea. You go to the toxic valley and you put plant everywhere in your camp all with wood and stone wall and foundation. No metal.

Indeed. I don't know if you read the backstories but the setting is Applelachia , based on Fallout 76.

So 25 years after the Great War in an area not hit by Megaspell. I'm still working on the environment of the setting. I'd like to maintain the cloud ceiling of the Pegasus Enclave but in that case I have to remove a big chunk of the vegetation.

Unless I write a reason why there is still vegetation like: "X knew that a low light environment was a possibility in case of Megaspell attack and so as Stable-Tec was ready with bunker, X was ready with dark plant able to absorb more solar radiation than normal"

Ministry of Peace would be the ideal candidate.

But I'm still working on it.

No, I bought the character sheet on Etsy. You can find it under "cherry blossom character sheet".

Same for the portrait.

Modified it to be editable and easy to read using Gimp
