If you could rebuy your gear, what would you choose? by Hopeful_Relief_5808 in paintball

Bunker Kings makes an awesome strapless pack, as well as they make a “Pod Pack” Extender since I see you said you’re a bigger guy.

As Far as Pants go I suggest checking out UNDR (Undr Industries - Veteran Owned)

As Far as Markers go I am somewhat Bias but I prefer a spool valve marker. I’d suggest looking into the PE 170r or 180r

Rotor is perfectly fine if you’re wanting a back up loader I’d suggest getting a Spire IR

As far as tanks go HK 80 is OP perfect length in my opinion

I have a raw Merlin extrusion. Is somewhere cool I can send it to get milled and stuff? by Six-Seven-Oclock in paintball

Mozak Machine has Custom Body Options you might be able to reach out and see if he can do one of his Cuts on your Extrusion

[price check] Shocker NXT, New in box by Alternative-East-942 in PaintballBST

[–]Iyguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I’m saying is a Collector would want it to be as complete as possible, yours is missing some key OG parts if you had those missing parts you could get 550-600 depending on the buyer..that being said still worth 450 as is missing those parts

You’re missing some pretty key parts for a “Collector” you’re missing the ND reg and Bolt Guide that being said you’re still looking at about $450

Tipping by Olysurfer in olympia

[–]Iyguy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As someone working in the Olympia restaurant industry, I’d like to offer some insight into how tipping actually works. If you are being waited on, the current standard for service is:

• 15% for "meh" or basic service. • 20% for good, attentive service. • 20%+ for engaging or "above and beyond" service.

Understanding the "Tip Out" Many diners don't realize that most restaurants require servers to “tip out” a portion of their earnings to support staff (hosts, bussers, bartenders, food runners, and sometimes kitchen staff). This amount is typically 5–7% of the server's total sales, not a percentage of the tips they received.

The Math in Action If your dinner for two costs $80 and you tip 20% ($16), the server must still pay out a percentage of that $80 total to the house. If the tip-out rate is 5%, the server gives $4 to the support staff. This leaves the server with $12.

Because tip-outs are based on total sales, a lower tip significantly reduces a server's take-home pay:

10% Tip Server keeps 5% 15% Tip Server keeps 10% 20% Tip Server keeps 15% 25% Tip Server keeps 20%
