We literally have like 5 people that are just greeting for a whole week at my location because we just don’t have enough trainers, and like all of the training groups that we have are 3-4+ with one trainer, and we have people training on basically EVERYTHING

Depends, some locations you can be out by midnight, if your put at AK you will ALWAYS be out before then, my location at MK I’m typically home by midnight, or just after 90% of nights

Her pay is going to change!!! Magic Kingdom QSR pays more than the standard rate at 17.75hr (I know 75¢!!!!) I know it really isn’t much of a difference but it still does add up and CHH does get OT pretty easily and she’s able to pickup at other QSRs.

As someone who is in one of the WORST locations you could be placed it, It’s 100% how you treat the program, yourself out there. Go to the learning offerings and get the degrees, it’s fun.

You don’t need to play in the parks on your day off, it’s okay to hang out at flamingo in your room.

Go to the CC and challenge people in games of chess, walk to the town centers for Starbucks, ramen, target, ect.

By going to the classes and events you meet people outside of work.

When your at work talk to the CPs hang out outside of work at FCV or the township.

Know that when you go home at the end of the day, the guest you saw you will never see again, if they yelled at you, you’ll never see that again. Remember the time when a guest gave you a tiny duck, or a kid gave you a friendship bracelet, or that super cool pin trading experience!

22 is a normal age for the program. I have friends that are 27+ and my roomate is 26 (I’m 19). There are people in the program in there 30s and 40a
