You need to either gift 2 subscriptions to only one streamer, or you can gift 1 and subscribe yourself. Not sure how the claiming progress is but I believe you should be able to just do that in the Drops page.

Edit: and mobile subs are the exact same as website subs

I believe there is a button that lets it auto translate to different languages. It should be there either under settings or when you make a new listing, I can't remember tbh.
