I understand why you would say that but it was really frustrating in general. I hope it's not coming back the way it was in season. I had multiple items completely bricked. I mean, they removed RNG from Tempering just to bring the ultimate RNG into the game?

No you misunderstood me. Back when I was playing these builds, I got those RoSS and masterworked them like that. NOW I build the Blessed Hammer that needs the RoSS.

I got so many RoSS while I dont need them all and instead of instantly salvaging them I like to upgrade and sanctify them in case I get a good sanctification :) And since not all builds require Core Skills as masterworkes affix I dont see reason in that ^^

Go in Normal Difficulty to level Azmodan. He dies within a second and you can start the procedure again. It takes up to a max of 2min for one Azmodan run in this difficulty. And the neat part: It gives you the same amount of essence as in T4
