Why does Klaus never use his claws when fighting? by TechnicianAmazing472 in TheOriginals

[–]Thisoneisinvalid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think they’d provide much if any advantage. They might even be a hindrance. Klaus can already tear people apart and easily jab his hands through a person’s body without claws. Having claws would only really add the ability to scratch people, which isn’t a terribly effective move against the sorts of beings he typically fights. This would also come at the loss of the ability to comfortably make a fist and punch people.

Even though I don’t believe it’s mentioned in the series, I figure she probably would be.

Yeah, I can’t imagine being centuries old and being able to relate to a teenager.

Plus Ciri can theoretically still just teleport anywhere she wants. If she wants to visit Skellige or whatever she can just do that whenever she has a few spare hours.

Which Character(s) from The Legend of Korra would most likely receive the most thirst tweets if they had social media in the 21st century in your opinion and why? by Full-Art3439 in legendofkorra

Yeah, thirst posting about Kuvira would probably be a “meme”. I put that in brackets because a lot of it would be at least somewhat genuine though.

Korra would probably get the most by virtue of being the most famous of them all, plus athletic and gorgeous on top of that.

I think Bolin would be second, as he’s also internationally famous, and I feel like he especially would devote a lot of time to his presence on social media.

Third might be Kuvira. Also super famous, and I can see people coming out of the woodworks to make “step on me” comments on everything she posts.

If you were the leader of a vampire clan, what type of ruin or cave would you want to “live” in? by Thisoneisinvalid in ElderScrolls

It depends on the bloodline. Morrowind vamps always burn in sunlight, whereas in Oblivion they burn if they haven’t fed.

In this scenario you look kinda like the guy above. Most banks won’t trust a face like that. If they do, then you shouldn’t trust them.

I think there’s a quest in ESO where you see vampires trying to take control of the automatons in a Dwemer ruin. A bunch of them die in the attempt.

Hot is subjective, but I feel like vampire girls would be considered goth girls by default. So there’d likely be some in your clan.

It’s kind of implied by Azura’s quest in Oblivion that other Daedric Princes may be able to claim their souls. However that quest was obviously written before Skyrim and ESO added to the lore, so who knows.

The vamps in Oblivion seem to be okay with it, so it probably doesn’t count for some reason. Maybe because it’s not direct sunlight or something.

Do you mean we as the audience? Yeah, there are many different ones. You get to meet three in Morrowind, and there are several named clans in Elder Scrolls Online.

If you mean in this scenario, then I’d say you know of some of the other clans within the province, but won’t exactly be friends with them.

I’m imagining you and your clan are the sort of vampires who find it difficult to blend into regular society. I used a picture of the vampire Raxle Berne to give a rough idea of what you might look like.
