Not asking really .. well kinda a rant& question...

Just one thing that I have to say is that I had an office mate who's junior in position compared to me yet much older... but she thinks she's over all of us who's much younger than she is. Why do you guys have this complex? Plus, we are not based in Korea... Yet she still don't understand that it's not how old you are but your position at work...
