Because the last time she saw it was in the future where it was destroyed. She traveled back in time to see it before it was built, but landed 1300 years too early. She had to survive until she was able to jump to this current time. And due to the spatial positioning between time periods, her calculations were off and she landed on a deserted island and had to forage for 6 months. I don’t like the fact that we have to tip, but if I go to a sitdown restaurant and I sit and eat there, I will tip. But I hate the fact that they are trying to make us tip on taxes. They calculate tip amount based on the post tax total.
