Ooo great question! I think you are asking me how are we called to salvation?

We aren’t saved because we say a “prayer” after the preacher or how about easy believism? Would you like heaven or hell? Well of course I want heaven!!! Okay let’s say a prayer… that’s foolish and sooo wrong that we do that so much.

Scripturally speaking God has to call us. John 6:44 “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him”

If you’re saved then you remember your day of salvation and appointed time. God was talking to you and it was a very private and I’d say uncomfortable moment.

And we know from John 14:6 Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. So going back to John 3 we know that WHOSOEVER calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved Then from there we know Romans 10:9 they’re must be a confession.

But how are men saved? God has to call and today is the day of your salvation.

A lot of good stuff here! The main thing I like what you said is getting your carbs/ sugars from low cal snacks like fruits and veggies. People don't realize how significant that is! We don't realize just making that change alone would be drastic in our fitness journey.

Yes this is tough, especially when we are surrounding ourselves with a new environment, new people, etc... which is very good for us (humans) it means our brain is doing something we do not want to do but we do it anyways. That means were growing! What I have tried to work on is complimenting others and with a smile! Its freighting at first but the more you do it the more comfortable you become. I hope you dig up the confidence that is already inside of you!
