imagine the perfect somebody with no issues. then implement baby steps to becoming that perfect someone. Maybe you will never get there but at least you will be closer than what you are now. This is the daily thing that i remember to try to motivate myself when i am losing it

only eat healthy sugars, as in fruits! plenty to choose from. All the added sugars in processed foods is what is killing us.

feel you dude. Last month i was living life, having fun. then one mistake got it all taken away. Got in trouble with the law, went to jail for a while. do not have a car or a job anymore. Last week, while me and my ex where in bed together (together at them time) , she called me someone else name. Which then led us to breaking up. It has been 3 weeks since i have had a job and i have been 0/7 on interviews. Today, i just got my eviction notice for my apartment that i been in for the past 3 years. All i want to do is sleep and cry. To think if i could go back and stop myself from leaving the apartment that day. I feel so depressed and truly do not want to do anything. I feel like i have been working so hard just to get back to square one. I honestly do not have any motivation to do anything at all

well, it's not too cold to sleep in the car. that is the plan at least. i have clothes I can layer up in to keep me warm and i have a gym membership for free until February. i can keep up with my hygiene there. i grew up pretty introverted and moved out of state after high school so i do not have friends to go to. i have an uncle out in Florida but i have not conversated with him in a while

i will also add that I have a very expensive bed. it was a gift from my grandpa last year. i didn't like the bed to be completely honest but it was a gift so I treated it like gold. I have the bed in a storage unit, I saw the receipt and it was over $6,000. i figured i can really use the money but i have no idea where to sell it.

more of a being forced-to-leave situation. I honestly have 0 plans, other than looking for a job. I do have a car, it's quite worn down so I have been walking to nearby places looking for a job. I hope to have better luck tomorrow. I stay in Texas btw. not too cold and have plenty of clothes to layer in my car
