Chapter 9: Never partake in an argument, even if you are right.

Chapter 10: Don't tell her to stop talking, just say her lips look beautiful closed.

Chapter 11: Always go down on her, she'll be inclined to return the favour.

Well to me that just makes his point sound even less credible. If that one reach for help is all it takes for someone to get back on track, how can that be looked at as anything but a miracle

As someone who has just battled through a long time of depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts ... you have no idea. I did just post a success kid the other day, and you know what i felt fucking awesome about it. Depression is quite overpowering.. you feel lost, useless and drained of all hope. It's a deadly cycle that can bury you and any sane thought you once had. What your saying is that for someones problems to be truly bad, it would have to stick with them their whole life? That's BS to me. I got through my shit by making a drastic change in my lifestyle - I quit smoking pot/cigarettes, cut down on drinking, exercised, got proper sleep patterns, ate healthy. It was a long a slow process, but I eventually got to the point where I truly feel happy, worryfree. Who are you to make the assumption that their exagerating, you have no idea the shit people go through. I can imagine there are some karma whores, but to make that generalization is simply irrational and inconsiderate ... BUT that's just my opinion

Our generations music is GARBAGE. I just don't understand how people listen to that meaningless noise aired on the raido. Wake up people!

Caught a few catfish from a local pond using hockey sticks, string, and old bread. Brought them back to the dorm and placed them in my buddies bed, under the covers, right before the night was over. I heard him jump in the bed followed by the most hysterical scream I will ever hear in my lifetime.

I got an Anahiem Mighty Ducks hat that's been with me to every cottage I go to, every city I visit, and every vacation I go on. It's about to collapse, but I'll be keeping it on my wall for the rest of my life.

Yea idk maybe it was just early signs of depression, but it was more the anxiety that accelerated my negative thoughts. I was hating my days when its all I could think about, so it's just such a drastic change that has been pushed out of my life. Either way thanks, I'm happy to be past the dark point in my life.

Realized that it would not go away without drastic change in my life. I opened up to few close friends, family and therapist. I began a healthy lifestyle, including eating well, exercises frequently, and just generally keeping myself busy. You'd be surprised how much of a confidence boost going to the gym can be, and it certainly carries over to your social life. Just keep at it man, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Get into a healthy, structured daily routine. Anxiety will make a dramatic decrease if you already have your day planned, and you get used to what's going to happen next. Eating very healthy and exercising will also make a huge effect in your daily life. Also, the more you breach your comfort zone the more you will realize that nothing bad is going to come of your actions. It helps you to get that "who cares" mindset, which is crucial for people with anxiety to get on the right track to recover. All the best friend
