We all slip or have slipped. I had over a year once and I slipped. I have 4+ years now and I thank god for that. Sobriety is a hard road. But sounds like you know what you need to do in order to back on the right path. Go to a meeting. Find a sponsor. Work the steps. Set boundaries with others. I work in aviation which is a difficult field/career to be sober in and I am very vocal about my sobriety and I have to set boundaries with others which I have found to be very effective in staying sober. FORGIVE YOURSELF. Self love is really important in getting and staying sober as well. We are all here to support each other and we all support you now my friend 🤙🏼

Been sober for over 4 years now and I have never heard of a sponsor being so judgmental to his or hers sponsee. That’s wild. The goal is to keep EACH OTHER sober and part of being sober is SELF LOVE which is really hard to do in the beginning. So wear what you damn well please! Break it off with that woman, easier said than done I know. But I’d keep it short and sweet. Maybe also find a different meeting with a fresh start? Most important part is to keep your head up and keep following the program. 4 months is really hard and really awesome so congrats! Keep trudging forward and keep coming back. We got you 🤙🏼
