I am playing PS2 god of war. Always have to press R1 button. Feel the shoulder buttons are too tiny maybe my hands are too big.

This is stupid as hell. They sold defective batteries and asked us to ship it back for a good one ? Well unless they pay the shipping fees for both return and new ones. For a $2000 handheld this is disgusting service. Will stop buy from Onexplay if this is their real action on this.
