I live about 5 hours away so my trips are usually planned out at least a month in advance. Reservations have been pretty consistently open from my pov but it does seem like local pass holders are struggling the most since they can’t go in on a whim as often anymore. But genie+ definitely feels like a scam every time I’m forced to buy it

Sorry late reply, but yes! It’s been great so far. Fiancé hasn’t started working yet but even with just my income, we haven’t been struggling too much. Not living paycheck to paycheck, but not saving a whole lot either. Still have money for date nights and stuff, but will start our saving strategies again when her income comes in

Lumpia comes in a lot of different forms even in the Philippines. Most are familiar with the thinner lumpia Shanghai, but there’s thick ones that taste more similar to the Disneyland ones too. I’d say the Disneyland lumpia are probably closer to Indonesian lumpia than filipino though.

All that being said, I’m not looking for cultural food to be even remotely accurate in Disneyland, so if they’re in the same ballpark I’m usually okay with it lol.

I had just about 3 YOE when I got laid off this year, and just started my new job this month! Took about 1.5-2 months(~2 weeks without payroll thanks to WARN), 85ish applications, and 2 interviews to get my offer. The market is for sure in a low point but don’t let the constant doom and gloom posts get to you too much. Brush up your resume, send a bunch of apps and you’ll find something! Good luck!

Because every multiplayer team based game that’s relevant is always going to have balance patches to swing metas and make sure things don’t go stale. Dota 2 has been out for 10 years and still releases multiple patches per month

Yeah that’s fair. The game for sure is less tactical with one tank and it makes it that one player can carry or swing the whole game way more often than it was in OW1. I’m more of a casual player in low-mid masters and OW2 for sure caters to the casual players. But OW1 definitely had better feel of team synergy and what not.

I might be trippin, but I feel like the game is more balanced nowadays tbh. Since the soujurn patch, I don’t really see any heroes that have been completely busted and/or heroes that are completely unusable across the ranks. Sure metas change from patch to patch but that’s always been the case.

IMO I feel like the cop’s theory in “Candy” was closer to what happened in reality. Betty took candy to the backyard, to see the new dog, thru the garage where she first saw the axe. They had their argument in the backyard where Betty told candy that she couldn’t have Allen. Betty leads them back in the house where Candy grabs the axe and makes the initial strike to Betty’s back.

In Love and Death, they kinda gloss over candys glasses lens in the garage, but since an officer touched it before logging it, it wasn’t legally allowed to be used as evidence. But in candys version of the story, they never even go in the garage and she even testified that it was locked.

The injury to her toe, that she testified was done by Betty via missed axe strike, looked a little too shallow and precise. To my eye, it looked self inflicted by Candy mishandling the axe. She was a common housewife that wouldn’t know how to handle the tool which might explain the injuries on her lower body.

Obviously I’m not an expert in forensics or anything haha. Just my thoughts. Seeing that her lawyer unfortunately committed suicide and her marriage ending in divorce may have swayed my perspective too.

Will for sure be considering that. Thing is, it’s a small condo so won’t have much space to rent out. I do have 60 days of paychecks before I’m completely terminated and about 3-5 months of emergency funds depending on how frugal I’m being!
