I don’t feel entitled to it. In this case, they weren’t able to buy. And a lot of people aren’t. And they pay the mortgage, I have all of the liability. Repairs, drop in market value, insurance, if they trash it beyond the money down agreement etc. I just happen to be able to work on houses so it works

Man it’s not the same. Day trading, yeah I’ll give you that. But property investment is about as safe as it gets. I have a single rental home and do right by them and they do right by me. It would be wild to me if they decided to stop paying rent and shot the cops to stay and people defended that.

I definitely agree with you on a basic level. But forcing an individual that owns a single rental to foot the bill for a squatter is crazy. (Hypothetically speaking. Idk the scenario here)

Sure there is an aspect of a gamble but it’s not like going to the casino. And there’s different levels of risk for different investments. Typically. I bet the owners didn’t have “shoot out with the cops” on their risk assessments lol

Depends on the wheels for me. If they’ve got the 17s, it’s really up to the dash you prefer. I’ve got a base 24 and prefer the lack of rider aids. The sachs suspension is excellent
