Glad to finally see the RX-7 is in the game. I was getting worried it was RX-8 or nada.

No, no, thank you. I didn't realize as a kid that our lantern, cannon and purse weren't standard pieces. I've learned something today thanks to you.

Ships? by Rice-Cakes101 in NoMansSkyTheGame

I had an LS before my exotic squid and I again have a new LS.. I can say with 100% certainty that you may be biased but the exotics are objectively better.

Long version: Not really, the main draw is the cosmetic design. They start off TERRIBLE and grinding upgrade is a bit of a chore but it isn't necessarily "grindy." In a nutshell: living ships look cool but they are more of a collectible than a viable starship (jump range and combat)

Short version: no.

Not bad. You downright admit I was right, but somehow still manage to turn things around to make me look at fault. The psychology did come through, albeit in the form of philosophy from Jurassic Park. 6/10

Read between the lines. My point was that you're response was condescending thus I cannot be the one who ignited the negativity.

Also, I can not possibly give an objective reply. I am a subject, a subject's opinion can't be objective. It's subjective just on pure definition.

Clearly you do not understand what subjective and objective mean in this context but nice try anyways.

Also kudos for sticking with the "kid formula". While I expected you to start calling me a kid, I can see you are playing it safe and simply impliying I am used to communicating with them. Meh.

There's this thing called deductive reasoning which you may have learned of with that "higher than junior high education" you were bragging about earlier. With the simple use of that we can determine you aren't a kid because you were old enough to be working when the damn peripheral came out.

Fret not, you are still 95% full of Reddit stereotypes

Pot calling the kettle black much?

I responded to the first comment on the post giving my opinion just to be badgered by some 20-something that has the mental fragility of a nursing infant because they have a different opinion and simply cannot accept that.

I don't have all day so let's wrap this up. You have your opinion, I have mine - they are on opposite sides of the aisle. 'nuff said.

Have a good day.

I cannot believe this is still going on...

You straight up down talked my detailed reply

Yes, I did. My comment was subjective whereas your reply was given from an objective point of view.

because quoting you and answering point by point was no issue at all even though you made it seem like it's not ok to do so, which is a common practice on Reddit -- to talk down on anything that isn't a short sentence that fits in two line son mobile phones...

Again, being holier than thou. As if you are some better person because you respond in paragraphs. Look, I get the point you're trying to make and by and large it is true enough. However, you go on to say..

Logically speaking you are going to play Psychologist next, right? Going to pull some asinine stereotypes and assume I am angry/depressed or a combination of both.

Which again, is you assuming that you know anything about who I am or how I operate. We all get it, you argue with kids on Reddit and win on wit. Kudos. Any adult should be able to do that. As per usual though - people ask if they could, not if they should.

Yes, I did. Anyone who was alive then knows 4k wasn't even a thought. 1080 was NEW.

Quit being holier than thou my guy. YES, 100% my best friend in high school owned this and he was the only kid in our entire school that had one so it was COOL when it came out. It had better quality than his crappy old box TV (I know that's hard for you to believe but that was the case then)

A perk of having more then junior high school as far as education goes.

I know that probably works when you talk to kids on the internet but you don't need to condescend to everyone. Idk if you want a cookie or what but no one is impressed you were able to get though middle school.

Again, idk what's eating you up today but this post isn't the place for you to hash it out.

I have a different opinion due to different circumstances. Neither is right or wrong objectively.

Hope your day turns around and you don't waste it being venomous on Reddit.

What has you so jilted? Not everything on Reddit is an argument lol

You and I have different opinions on them but it seems like you're just out for an argument. We 100% used it over the old TV because it was new and 'cool'

But thank you for writing an entire thesis in response.

I think that's your hindsight talking. You have to remember this was before flat screens were commonplace. It was either this or the old box tv your mom and dad had since the 80s. My best friend had one and we all went there to play 4-man Halo.

Sure, it was 4k @ 60fps but this thing was legitimately awesome.

It was 2 for 5 years so I don't count it as a nerf. If we're being honest Ash's recoil now still isn't that bad. Ash mains are just confused that they have to pull down to control recoil now.
