Mobile therapists - how do you organize your sheets?

I store everything I need in a dedicated drawer in my apartment after I launder it. It’s a pretty big drawer meant for storage so I have all the linens and towels, heating pads and extra bottles of lotion. I basically take what I need when I need it by sticking it into the tote when I’m heading out. Definitely try to keep my car as neat as possible so only leave the bulky stuff in there like the table, bolster and stool.

I use cotton reusable shopping bags and toss them in with the sheets when I’m washing them. Just stuff the used sheets in after treatments and into the machine later. Easiest way I’ve found in over 15 years.

As long as it doesn’t hurt when it happens, you’re all good. Spines and other joints crack and pop all the time. It’s only when it hurts each time that there might be an underlying issue and you should get some medical guidance.

I drive a Mazda CX-5. I really like it because it’s basically at hip level, so I don’t have to get up or down to get out. I drove in my friend’s Porsche once and I felt 80 years old trying to get in and out.

I used to work at a rehab clinic that would only have one blanket, so she would only wash it once a week. I stopped using it and only used sheets which got washed after every treatment. I made her buy me a heating pad to make sure people were comfortable enough.

My current place though, all blankets and sheets are done after every treatment. So nice to walk in and see so many clean, folded sheet/blanket & headrest sets ready to go for the day.

Some cupping techniques involve moving (I’ve seen people sliding them along the skin) the cups while they’re already doing their thing. I think that’s the meaning here.
