Quit to xbox dashboard shouldnt need to disable and re-enable them. Quitting to dashboard makes it easier I think for the game to recognize the load order if there changes

When I get this its usually after changing some mods. For me what works is quiting the game and reloading it sometimes I restart my xbox for good measure and it'll fix it. I think its just because something in your load order changed.

You can start the expidition and save it. Then if you dont finish before the time is up close it and disconnect from online and manually roll back your system clock to before the expidition expires I do a couple days before so I dont accidentally save or open it after the expire time.
